How AltMacros B.V. handles personal data when you visit rpc-ai.com or contact us through this website.

Who is responsible

AltMacros B.V. is the controller of personal data collected for enquiries through this website. KvK number: 93288093. Address: Saturnusstraat 95, 2516AG, The Hague, Netherlands. For privacy questions or requests, email gv@altmacros.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, company, email address, optional phone number and comments you provide, together with your request type and any selected plan. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the comments.

Our hosting and security providers also process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the website. See our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it and our legal bases

Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Providing your details is voluntary, but without the required contact fields we cannot process a website enquiry. You can also contact us directly by email.

Who receives the data

Enquiries are sent through FormSubmit to our business email at gv@altmacros.com. FormSubmit, our email service and the hosting and security services used to run this website process data as needed to deliver their services. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and served through Cloudflare. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Read FormSubmit’s privacy notice and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their service-specific practices.

International processing

These services operate internationally, and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare states that cookie data may be processed in the United States by default. Contact us at gv@altmacros.com for information about the locations and transfer safeguards applicable to your enquiry. This website does not promise EU-only storage.

How long information is kept

The retention period depends on the purpose: handling your request and relevant follow-up, maintaining an ongoing business relationship, or meeting a legal obligation or resolving a dispute. Enquiry records should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for those purposes. You may ask us about the retention of your particular enquiry or request its deletion. Service providers may retain technical records according to their own applicable terms and policies.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send requests to gv@altmacros.com. We may need to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; where the GDPR permits an extension, we will explain why.

You can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.

Scope and changes

This notice covers the public RPC AI website and its enquiry forms. Customer use of the RPC AI planning product is governed by the applicable service and data-processing arrangements. The website enquiry flow does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We will update this notice when the website’s processing changes.
